shipping & returns

Return Policy:  

From 30 days after purchase, DBJ will allow product returns of DBJ branded products on a case-by-case basis. Returns during this time frame may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. No returns will be permitted later than 30 days from the date that the item is delivered. For any questions or to return a product, please contact our Customer Support at support@designsbyjacob.com.

Shipping errors and damaged shipments: 

Please inspect packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within 3 days of receiving items. All orders over $100 will be insured by DBJ. DBJ is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a prepaid shipping return label at no charge or have you ship via ground to DBJ and we will reimburse the shipping charges. Correct components will be reshipped via ground and you will be only charged for the parts. When the incorrect parts are received, we will issue a credit. You have 7 days from date of receiving shipment to make a claim. No claims made after this time frame will be honored. 

International orders, shipments, duties and taxes: 

DBJ can ship international orders! Please note that international orders are subject to duties, taxes, and/or tariffs as levied by either the shipper, the United States government, or your own governing bodies. DBJ will not pay, refund, or compensate for these charges. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any cost incurred by DBJ due to unpaid fees or refused packages will be charged to the purchaser.
